The Frank Beazley Building, 2090 Wallum Lake Road, Pascoag, RI
- The Eleanor Slater Hospital Network is pleased to announce the start of the Frank Beazley Building Exterior Envelope Project on the Zambarano Campus in Pascoag, RI. ESH is excited to see work crews mobilize in anticipation of this much-needed restoration project. Crews will begin preparing the exterior brick facade of the building this week for masonry repointing.
- A new slate roof and 600 new windows and masonry restoration are also planned for the Beazley Building. The roof will provide an estimated 100-year life to protecting the building and its occupants. The energy saving windows will provide more comfortable interior environment, offer more natural light, and deliver energy savings. The restoration of the masonry façade, front entry stairway and limestone caps will complete this historically accurate project.
- The project timeline is June 2017 – December 2017. Work will be ongoing Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, weather permitting. Throughout construction, DCAMM and BHDDH staff will coordinate all activities to minimize unforeseen disruptions to patient comfort and business operations.
